Cancellation Policy Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of the original order to receive a full refund. After the 12 hour period has passed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any refunds may be charged a 30% restocking fee to offset non-refundable service charges and holding a fish that might otherwise have been sold to someone else. Full credit will be given to be used towards future purchases. Refunds may take up to one week to be issued. There is always a slight chance that a fish from your order will not be shipped due to health concerns. In order to ensure our bio-security, as well as on-time delivery of your order, we do not hold orders due to a fish that cannot be shipped. The full purchase price will be refunded for any fish that cannot be shipped. Once fish is added to your aquarium, we are not responsible for sudden deaths or illnesses. We ship healthy fish, once they are in your system, their continued good health is your responsibility.

SHIPPING INFORMATION PURCHASING: All fish available for sale are listed either here on our website. Items that remain unsold will be periodically reduced in price. You may add as many fish as you like to your shopping cart. Fish in your shopping cart are still listed for sale on the site, and can be purchased by other customers despite the fish being in your cart until you complete purchase. Fish are automatically removed from inventory after your order is submitted and your payment is received. Once all of your desired items are in your cart, proceed to checkout to submit payment.

SELECTING SHIPPING METHOD When checking out there will be list of selections that you would have to select. We offer many different ways to ship to meet our customers needs. We will explain what each shipping method means below.

ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO OPEN ORDERS: Items can be added to your existing order as long as your order has not been packed, some additional shipping fees may apply. We can help add Additional Items to your open orders. Please call, messages us, or email us, and we will be glad to assist. Your fish will be fasted for at least two days before shipping to minimize water pollution inside of the bag during transit. The delivery time you choose according to your shipping method is TRANSIT TIME ONLY, the time it will take once it leaves our store to your door. .

We use the following Shipping Service Providers Fed Ex, USPS. Shipping cost is based on the total weight, amount of items, and location. The shipping charge for your state provides for us to package your fish in the most cost-efficient manner that is still 100% safe and secure for your fish. If you have special instructions on how you would like your fish packaged, we can accommodate you, but we require that you pay any extra shipping cost. You may choose any day Tuesday thru Friday for your order to arrive, with the exception of the following holidays, and the day immediately following each holiday: New Year’s Day Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

You will receive a confirmation email on the afternoon that your box is shipped. A tracking number will be available in the email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS If our product is dead upon arrival (DOA), wrong, damaged or missing we will gladly issue you a credit on your purchase. The following terms and conditions apply to our guarantee: Appalachian Koi and Goldfish Farm will issue a credit towards your next purchase for the purchase amount of product that is DOA. This credit is for the product only and does not cover shipping or packaging costs. Losses must be reported to Appalachian Koi and Goldfish Farm within 2 hours of receiving the shipment. To be eligible to receive credit, you must email us at Appalachiankoi@gmail.com include a short video or photo of the dead or wrong product in an unopened bag. We will check the timestamp of of the tracking number to confirm the time of delivery. No exceptions. Shipping is non refundable Buyer is responsible for the shipping of any replacement fish.
